Order Entry Representative
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
· Local’s only (must live within 60 miles)
· Minimum one years’ experience in a high-volume data entry and customer service environment
· Minimum one-year recent phone experience in a corporate environment communicating with customers
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word programs
· Must be able to type minimum of 30 WPM
· Must be motivated, able to communicate effectively with co-workers and management and work well in a team environment
· Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple deadlines
· Adept at problem solving
· Professional appearance and demeanor
· Stable employment history
· Must be able to pass background screening
· Clear concise written and verbal communication skills, must be able to accurately repeat information back to the customer
· Flexible with change
· Willingness to accept constructive criticism and learn
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while maintaining a positive demeanor
PREFERRED
· SAP experience
· Experience in the fuel or transportation industry preferred
· Customer Service phone experience
