Strategic Account Administrator
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Self-Motivation
- Good telephone etiquette
- Intermediate mathematical skills
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Must be motivated, able to communicate effectively with co-workers and management and work well in a team environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Good written and verbal skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others in a fast paced team environment
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and meet multiple deadlines
PREFERRED
- Experience in the transportation industry
- SAP experience
- Customer Service phone experience
- Salesforce experience
