Safety Compliance Coordinator

Basic Qualifications

• Locals Only, (must live within 60 miles)
• Minimum 5 years' experience working in a DOT compliance related position
• Proven experience with leading a team
• Strong understanding of DOT and FMCSR compliance regulations
• Strong understanding of HOS (hours of service) regulations
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task with a keen attention to detail
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team 
• Capacity to train and evaluate staff performance effectively

Preferred

• Experience in the fuel and transportation industry
• Samsara or digital camera telematic systems
• Experience with refinery requirements regarding Area Safety Council and DISA background checks and drug testing requirements
• Knowledgeable with ISNetworld and requirements
