Lubes Production Admin
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
· Must be local (live within 60 miles)
· Minimum of 1-year prior administrative experience in a similar role
· Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook programs
· Eagerness to learn and become involved in the daily operations of the company
· Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Must be motivated, able to communicate effectively with co-workers and management and work well in a team environment
· Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple deadlines
· Ability to exert 50-100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25-50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10-20 pounds of force constantly
· Flexibility to come in early or stay late when necessary
· Must be able to work weekends
· Must be able to work in a warehouse environment, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, steel toe boots and a hard hat
· Stable employment history
PREFERRED
· Experience with Lube products and Lube sales orders
· Experience in conducting inventory counts and maintaining inventory levels
· Experience with SAP
