Lube Logistics Manager

REQUIREMENTS

·         Must be local (live within 60 miles)

·         Minimum of 5 years of experience in dispatch management, dispatch operations or a related field

·         Proven experience in managing a team of dispatchers or coordinators

·         Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team

·         Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

·         Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure

·         Ability to understand and interpret data to improve dispatching operations

·         Capacity to train and evaluate staff performance effectively

·         Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to manage complex situations

·         Demonstrated experience in working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

·         Professional & ethical demeanor

·         Ability to work under limited supervision following standardized practices and/or methods

·         Experience using transportation management software and tools, such as route planning software, safety, and vehicle telematics

·         Strong understanding of transportation regulations and legal guidelines

PREFERRED

·         Experience in the fuel and/or transportation industry
