Inventory Analyst and Auditor
POSITION REPORTS TO: Lubricants Inventory & Audit Manager
COMPENSATION: Commensurate with skills and experience
· Coordinate physical inventory cycle counts
· Investigate cycle count variances and resolve issues
· Responsible for recording and tracking all documents relating to the physical inventories
· Conduct ongoing process constraint analyses
· Report on periodic variances and their causes, focusing on process improvement
· Prepare and balance book inventory reports
· Assist branches in balancing inventory
· Provide support for yearly audits
· Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the manager
· Must be local (live within 60 miles)
· Must be a self-starter, dependable, adaptable, flexible and requires minimal supervision
· Hands -on experience with inventory reconciliation and variance analysis
· Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook programs
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with knowledge of formulas
· Excellent organizational and analytical skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple deadlines
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including spelling and grammar
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Advanced mathematical skills
