Industrial Sales Support
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum of 1+ year of administrative, sales support, or related experience
· Locals only (must live within 60 miles)
· Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing or operational environment
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
· High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and follow-through
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively across teams
· Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment, including knowing when to escalate issues
· Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
· Effective verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
· Ability to interpret data, reports, and operational information to support decision-making
PREFERRED
· Experience supporting industrial, fuel, lubricant, or field service-based operations
· Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
· Knowledge of fuel distribution, logistics, or industrial services industries
