Industrial Account Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• Willingness to work on site (Must live within 60 miles)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or related & relevant work experience
• Valid Driver's license and a good driving record
• Minimum of 10-years experience in a sales position
• Must be able to travel 50-70%
• Proven ability to translate business needs into growth
• Above-average verbal/written communication skills
• Effective training and negotiating abilities and the ability to deal constructively with conflicts
• Must have a high degree of patience with the ability to recognize potential problems thru branches and how these relate to customers
• Experience using DM 2
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word programs
• Customer service skills
• Capable of analyzing issues and developing solutions
• Ability to be creative and innovative
• Judgment and decision-making ability
• Leadership skills
• Listening skills
• Organization and time management skills
• Product knowledge
• Vendor knowledge
• Understand how to interpret marking reports analysis, channel products, and customers

PREFERRED

• 5-10 years + of Industry Experience
