Field Recruiter - Midland

• Locals only
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Professional experience with full cycle recruiting, preferably over multiple locations
• The ability to attract top talent candidates face to face, via phone and technology
• Maintain confidentiality and thoroughness
• The ability to build and maintain relationships across many levels of the organization
• Must have experience with providing daily and weekly reports to the management team
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, ever growing environment.
• Capable of working in a demanding, deadline-driven environment with a focus on delivering projected results
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to travel 60% of the time both locally and across the region
• Must be capable of working in a demanding, deadline-driven environment with a focus on delivering projected results
• Comfortable initiating and responding to high volume of calls daily
• Ability to effectively work independently and utilize time efficiently
• Must possesses excellent verbal, written, and  public speaking skills
• Previous experience using an (ATS) Applicant Tracking System

• Experience working in the fuel or transportation industry
• High volume recruiting within the west Texas region
• Bilingual
