Dispatcher

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

·         Must have strong mathematical skills with calculating percentages and mileage

·         Experience working in the transportation industry or Basic understanding of Logistics/Transportation industry

·         Willingness to work onsite (must live within 60 miles)

·         Must have a flexible schedule, and be able to work nights and weekends

·         Must be motivated, able to communicate effectively with co-workers and management and work well in a team environment

·         Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple deadlines

·         Excellent data entry skills

·         Stable past employment history

·         Professional appearance and demeanor

·         Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word programs

PREFERRED

·         1 year experience dispatching product

·         Experience working as a dispatcher in the fuel transportation industry

·         Smartlogix experience

·         SAP experience
