Director of Oilfield Services

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

·         10+ years of relative experience in Logistics, Oilfield Services, or related field, including 5+ years in a management role

·         Flexible schedule – come in early, stay late, and work on weekends, On call availability 24/7

·         Experienced in fleet maintenance and safety, accident prevention, DOT compliance and audits

·         Experience with overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of department

·         Valid drivers license and a good driving record

·         Proven track record of successfully managing an enterprise with operations in multiple states

·         Possesses strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate organization visions and values

·         Proficient computer skills

·         Advanced analytical skills

·         Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

·         Independent, must be able to work with little direction or structure

·         Must be able to routinely travel to all OFS locations, work weekends and overtime when necessary

·         Strong work ethic, Hands-on, customer driven focus

LEADERSHIP

·         Develop scalable OFS organizational reporting structure that will support existing business, future growth, and can be easily adjusted during downswings in economic conditions

·         Ability to provide employees with feedback, performance standards, clear instructions, and expectations

·         Ensure employees have the tools and resources to do their job

·         Coach and guide team members while assessing strengths and opportunities

·         Ensure there is two-way communication with all team members

·         Provide a positive and effective work environment

PREFERRED

·         Bachelor’s Degree in related field
