Custodian-Facility Assistant
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Housekeeping/janitorial experience
- Must be able to lift/move/maneuver up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to effectively use industrial equipment such as floor buffers, industrial floor washers, and scissor lifts
- Must be able to work between 8 to 10 hours per day in extreme weather conditions, on your feet, standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting and reaching
- Must be willing to work overtime and weekends if needed, and possible shift rotation if needed
- Ability to speak, read and write in English well enough to complete assignments, and communicate with supervisor and employees
- Knowledge and/or experience necessary to ensure proper use of all equipment and supplies
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Stable employment history
- Must be able to pass background screening
- Must have a Valid driver’s license with good driving record
