REQUIREMENTS

·         Must be local (live within 60 miles)

·         Extensive research and resolution skills

·         Minimum one year of similar administrative experience in an office environment

·         Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple deadlines

·         Good telephone etiquette

·         Intermediate math skills

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word programs

·         Self-motivation

·         Ability to multi-task

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Adept at problem solving

·         High school diploma or equivalent

·         Professionalism

·         Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced team environment

 

PREFFERED

·         Experience in the fuel or transportation industry

·         Experience with SAP
