Administrative Assistant-Legal
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1-year legal administrative experience in a legal department or law firm
- This position is a point of contact for all levels of employees, so a professional, pleasant and helpful demeanor is essential
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform and prioritize work, multi-task and maintain an excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and direction
- Ability to manage sensitive information with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel programs
- Ability to work overtime as needed
