Dispatch Assistant
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an office environment, performing similar duties
- Stable employment history
- Dependability
- High energy level
- Good practice of keeping coworkers informed
- Good data entry skills
- Good typing skills
- Intermediate mathematical skills
- Good telephone etiquette
- Good documentation skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good emotional control
- Ability to manage heavy volume of phone calls
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
- Good organizational skills and have a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others in a stressful, fast paced environment
PREFERRED
- Smartlogix experience
- SAP experience
- Samsara experience
- Experience dispatching or assisting dispatchers in the fuel transportation industry
- Experience working in other capacity in the fuel transportation industry
